And of course, there’s always that one house that gives out the “good stuff.”

Getting scared by real people or fake props is one of the best things during Halloween besides hearing everyone’s screams going through and watching everyone run away. You always say you’re not going to get scared, but you definitely still do and the second you’re out, you want to go back in again.
7/10 “Boo” Your Neighbors – Secretly leave treats on a neighbor’s doorstep with a note encouraging them to “boo” someone else. Do it secretly so you don’t get caught. Fall Baking – Think pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, and cinnamon everything. One of the best times of the year for food and creating new deserts. Your whole house ends up smelling like fall, which makes it feel even more festive. Plus, taste-testing the treats is honestly the best job anyone could have.
8/10 Fire Pit Nights – Gather around for s’mores, stories, and crisp air vibes. Sing along with a guitar and friends or family to have an amazing fire pit night. There’s something about watching the sparks fly up into the cold air that feels cozy. And nothing beats burning your marshmallow just a little too much and pretending it was on purpose.
7/10 Harvest Festivals – Celebrate the season with food, music, and gratitude and pumpkin picking, often tied to local farms or cultural traditions.
