Ingredients

For the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter (8 tbsp)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- Milk chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
For the Red Velvet Brownie Layer
- 1 box Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 small eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- White chocolate chips
Middle Layer
- Oreo cookies
Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cookie Dough
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Fold in milk chocolate chips.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
Step 2: Add the Oreo Layer

Place a layer of Oreos over the cookie dough, covering as much of the surface as possible.

Step 3: Make the Red Velvet Brownie Batter
Prepare the brownie layer by mixing the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until thick and smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Spread the brownie batter over the Oreo layer.
Step 4: Bake
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, though baking time may vary depending on your pan depth.
- Using a shallower pan? Start checking around 20–25 minutes.
- Deep dish? It may need closer to 40 minutes or slightly more.
Bake until the top is set, and the center is just cooked through.
Step 5: Cool & Slice
Let cool before cutting into bars.
