With college volleyball season underway, there are many athletes that have stood out. Some of these athletes have not only been standouts in the 2025 season, but they have been standouts throughout their collegiate careers.
#1- Andi Jackson (Nebraska)
The 6’3 Sophomore Middle Blocker from Brighton, Colorado has a total of 718 kills, averaging 2.370 kills per set. She also has a total of 72 digs, averaging .238 digs per set. This season so far she has 182 kills, averaging 2.370 kills per set. She has 29 digs, averaging .408 digs per set. She’s a 2024 AVCA First-Team All-American and All-Big Ten First Team honoree, earning All-Region recognition both seasons, NCAA Regional All-Tournament honors, and multiple academic and citizenship awards.
#2- Harper Murray (Nebraska)
The 6’2 Outside Hitter from Ann Arbor, Michigan has a total of 1059 kills, averaging 3.383 kills per set. She has 702 digs, averaging 2.243 kills per set. This season so far, she has 257 kills, averaging 3.620 kills per set. She has 157 digs, averaging 2.211 digs per set. She’s a two-time AVCA All-American and All-Big Ten First Team selection, earning Big Ten and AVCA Region Freshman of the Year honors in 2023, NCAA Lincoln Regional MOP and Championship All-Tournament recognition in 2024, along with multiple academic and citizenship awards.
#3- Bergen Reilly (Nebraska)
The 6’1 Junior Setter from Sioux Falls, South Dakota has a total of 3318 assists, averaging 10.635 assists per set, and has 201 kills averaging 0.644 kills per set. This season so far, she has 694 assists and 50 kills. She was a two-time AVCA All-American and Big Ten Setter of the Year (2023–24), earning multiple academic honors including Academic All-America First Team, while also being recognized on All-Region, All-Big Ten, and NCAA Regional All-Tournament teams for both 2023 and 2024.
#4- Brooklyn DeLege (Kentucky)
The 6 ‘2 Junior outside hitter from Topeka, Kansas has a total of 334 kills, averaging 4.771 kills per, and has a hitting percentage of 0.293 for the 2025 season so far. In her collegiate career, she has 1256 kills, averaging 4.407 kills per set, and has a hitting percentage of 0.291. During her freshman year, she won Kansas Gatorade, player of the year, four SEC freshman of the week awards, SEC Freshman of the Year and SEC Freshman Team and AVCA All America Honorable Mention. As a sophomore, she won SEC Player of the Year, AVCA All American, AVCA Region Player of the Year, and set the Kentucky record for kills in a for a match with 30 versus the University of Georgia. It was also tied for the most of any match of any length at UK in the rally- scoring era.
#5-Eva Hudson (Kentucky)
The 6’1 senior transfer from Purdue is playing a huge role in the wildcat offense. With 316 kills so far in the 2025 season averaging 4.221 kills per set with a hitting percentage of 0.239. She has been a huge addition for the Wildcats. In her collegiate career, she has 1958 kills, averaging 4.501 kills per set, and a hitting percentage of 0.269.
#6- Ifenna Cos-Okpalla (Texas A&M)
The 6’2 middle blocker from Flower Mound, Texas is a dominant force for Texas A&M. For the 2025 season she has 152 kills, 118 blocks and 31 digs. During her career at Texas A&M she has 551 kills, 497 blocks and 116 digs. In 2023 she received the volleyball mag honorable mention All-American, the AD Honor Roll, and the All South Region Team Honorable Mention. In 2024 she received the AVCA Honorable Mention award, Volleymag Fourth Team All American, All Southwest Region team, All SEC first team, All SEC preseason Team, SEC Player of the Week, and SEC Defensive Player of the Week, five times.
#7- Bre Kelley (Pitt)
Bre Kelley is a redshirt Senior from Rockwall, Texas. She is a 6’4 middle blocker who transferred from the University of Florida. During her collegiate career, she was on the AVCA national player of the year watchlist, preseason all ACC team, in 2024 she was a second team all American, first team all ACC, AVCA East Coast region team. In 2023, preseason all ACC team, SEC defensive player of the week in 2022, and she won gold with team USA at the Pan-American cup in the summer of 2022, and in 2021 SEC all freshman team. For the 2025 season she has 109 kills, with a .343 hitting percentage, he has 106 blocks on the season and 14 digs.
#8- Elia Rubin (Stanford)
A 6 ‘1 senior outside hitter from Santa Monica, California Elia Rubin, a Stanford player is not someone to look past. This senior has received multiple AVCA all American awards, volleyball mag.com all American awards, she made the all Pac 12 freshman team, ABC, a player of the year watchlist, preseason all ACC preseason all Pac 12 ACC co-scholar athlete of the year, and many more. Prior to Stanford, she was California’s Gatorade State player of the year in 2021 max preps player of the year in 2021. She was the captain of her high school volleyball team and she was Under an Armour all American. During her time at Stanford, she has 1477 kills, averaging 3.483 kills per set. She has 222 blocks, averaging 0.524 kills per set.
#9- Torrey Stafford (Texas)
A 6’2 Junior from Torrance, California, and a previous Pitt player, Stafford has made her presence known at Texas. In 2024, she was second on her team at Pitt with points (457.5) and kills (400). She led all power four outside hitters with a .358 hitting percentage. During her time at Pitt, she has received many accolades. In 2023 she received Academic All-American, ACC Offensive Player of the Week twice, three-time ACC Freshman of the week, ACC First Team, AVCA Third team All American and East Coast Region Team and Volleymag.com Fourth Team All-American. In 2024, she received ACC Offensive Player of the Week, Volleymag.com First Team All-American, and AVCA First Team All American. The accolades and stats do not stop here. This season at Texas, she received AVCA player of the week, SEC player of the week and SEC offensive player of the week, and she was also put on the AVCA national player of the year watchlist for preseason and for the month of October.
# 10- Nia Washington (Louisiana State University)
As a 5 ’10 Outside Hitter playing two seasons at Ole Miss and one season at Iowa, she entered the 2025 season with 627 kills, 29 aces, and 81 total blocks, adding up to 704 points, averaging 3.19 points per set. During the 2024 season, she was named to the AVCA All-American Honorable mention team and was AVCA All-Region and All-SEC First Team selection. She had her career high numbers in 2024 with 3.84 kills per set, .227 hitting percentage, averaging 4.34 points per set. She is also a three time state champion with her high school, Metairie Park Country Day in New Orleans, Louisiana.
