Marco Island Academy’s performing arts has changed this years musical.

Marco Island Academy’s performing arts group will be performing “Little Shop of Horrors” on the Rhine Stage on April 19, 20, 26, and 27.

The show was originally supposed to be “Seussical”, but due to the large cast needed for the show, Mr. Dayett and Dr. Benton decided to change it up a bit. They decided to transform the stage into Skid Row, the setting for “Little Shop of Horrors”.

Dayett announced the change at the callbacks for the “Seussical” auditions on January 23rd. He called everyone who auditioned back and surprised them with this change that many were excited about.

Cast List:

Seymour: Joey Kakaty

Audrey: Alina Nguyen

Mr. Mushnik: TBA on Monday, January 29th

Orin: Logan Yarnell

Audrey II: Yo-Yo Sine

Ronette: Lola Green

Crystal: Esha Blanc
