Marco Island Academy’s 2022 Sports Awards

On Wednesday, May 11th, the Marco Island Academy sports awards ceremony was held in the gym to recognize all of the stellar athletes that have played throughout the year. Athletes from fall, winter, and spring sports were recognized. These are some of the highlights.
Cheerleading awards were first. Lily Douglas won the ‘Leadership’ award, Haylen Irvan won the ‘Coaches’ award, Ava Tobiason won the ‘Most Improved’, and lastly, Michelle Armas won the ‘MVP’ award.
