Another win for the Lady Rays! “We did a good job as a team and had a strong defense, we grew confidence after our third goal and pulled our goal keeper (Kirra Polley #16 ) out of the net and  continued to played a great game,” said senior midfielder Olivia Watt. It was the first home game of the 2017-2018 season and there was a good turn-out as you could clearly hear many students cheering on the players and celebrating with the team. Three of the four goals were scored by Savannah Heimerl (#10) with two penalty kicks in the box and one penalty from on the field. The fourth goal was scored by Hailey Cartwright (#4) from an assist from Watt. This was a stellar performance for the first home game and undoubtedly the Lady Rays will continue to progress in skill throughout the season.
