Good morning Marco Island Academy, it is Monday, NOVEMBER 14th, 2022, and these are your morning announcements!   

General Announcements:

GRATITUDEGrams: Attention ALL RAYS, last call for  GratitdueGrams.  If you have completed grams to turn in, please let Miss Scott know or drop them by her office. 

Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors! Please check your Google Classroom regularly for updates and information you don’t want to miss. 

NHS Tutoring: If you need help in ANY class, there is tutoring TODAY from 3:30-4:00pm in Mr. Wolfe’s room.

Athletics:

Boys Soccer: Today the boys face Village School at 4. Good luck to them as they take on the Knights!

Activities:

Spanish Honor Society: Hey Rays! The Spanish Honor Society is holding a clothing drive to help those affected by the hurricane. Please drop off gently used clothing to the bins in Sra. Walther’s classroom. One bag of clothes is one hour. The last day to bring in your donation is THIS FRIDAY – November 18th.  Gracias!

History and Culture Club: Bon Jour!  The History and Culture Club has a NEW trip for June 2024 planned with registration open NOW! We will be going to Paris and the Alps in June 2024, and it is open to all.  If you are interested, see your class’ google classroom, or see Mrs. Galiana, Senor Higuera, or Senora Walther. Oui Oui, Paris!!  (Say it so it rhymes!!  Pareeee)

Thespians – Please make sure you are checking Band. Lots of info on Districts is getting ready to drop.
