Kevin Barry is a junior at Marco Island Academy and is a contributing writer for The Wave. Being that he is a student-athlete, playing basketball as well as running track and cross country, his first article with The Wave was subsequently about the upcoming 2019-20 basketball season. Although he has been born and raised on Marco Island, he hopes to
venture out of state for college and either major in psychology or political science.
