Stunning Student Art: Macbeth Masks 2022

Lexi Smith, Art's Editor

Each year, Mr. Butler’s English classes read William Shakespeare’s play “Macbeth”. At the end of the book, students get into small groups, choose a main character, and create a mask representing that character. Each mask has at least 5 symbols on it that represent one aspect of the character. Once the masks are finished, the groups present their mask and explain their different symbols.
