Good morning Marco Island Academy, it is THURSDAY, March 4rd, and these are your morning announcements!

Athletics: 

Track:  Yesterday, our track team competed at Golden Gate High School and the team came in 2nd place overall.  Yessenia Martinez came in first in the 3200m.  Our girls team of Kathryn Barry, Charli Noyes, Caitlyn Sadofsky, and Iran Zarate-Centeno came in first in the 4 by 400.  Our boys 4 by 40 team of Gabe Tschida, Grayson Jones, Ryan Sweeney, and Zeke Morris came in 3rd place.  Kathryn Barry also came in first for the girls’ 800m and 1600m.  It was a great day for the Rays!
