In honor of valentine’s this year Marco Island Academy’s Student Government Association is hosting spirit week to celebrate Valentine’s day and the upcoming Pep Rally on Friday.
Each of the days are centered around the upcoming holiday on Friday. Monday’s Spirit week is “Sports Team Crush”, which gives students and staff chance to represent their favorite sports teams or players.
Tuesday is “Boo’d Up Dynamic Duo”. On this day MIA students and staff are encouraged to wear matching or coordinating outfits with their ‘boo’ or friends.
On Wednesday students should wear pajamas to “Show Your Love For Comfort”.
Thursday or “Heart to Heart” day is a chance for everyone to wear their hearts on their sleeves and wear hearts all over!
On Friday each grade should wear their assigned colors for the day of the pep rally. Freshmen are purple and gold, Sophomores wear white and gold, Juniors are red and gold and Seniors and staff should wear pink and gold.
