Yesterday our Lady Rays won a challenging game against Naples High School. The final set scores were 25-13, 20-25, 25-27, 25-19, and 15-1. Even when our Lady Rays were taken off their feet, they got right back up and stepped to the challenge.
Junior Medney Garraux led the game with 39 kills, 22 digs, 4 aces, and 2 blocks; junior Rylee Howard had 15 kills, 3 assists, and 7 digs; sophomore Sophia Ogdin put up 21 digs, 3 assists, and an ace, and junior Madison Stolinas with 34 assists, 20 digs, 9 kills, and 2 aces.
Our Lady Rays are just getting started. Their next matchup is a home game against Seacrest Country Day School on September 16th.
