Boy’s Soccer

The MIA boy’s soccer team is coached by Mr. Fernando Higuera and assistant coach Joseph Wood. Practices are held on the new turf field on Monday through Thursday. Practice is usually around 4pm after school and ends around 6pm. The team practices hard to play well on the field.

The Boy’s Soccer Team’s most recent home game was on Thursday, January 19th. This was the Senior Night game. The boys fought hard and showed their teamwork throughout the game unfortunately falling short at 3-2 against Ave Maria. There was a lot of pressure that night, especially for the seniors that were on the team, and it was a celebration of their accomplishments as seniors.
