The voice of the student.

Spanish National Honor Society

Spanish Honor Society (SHH) is an honor society for students who excel in the subject of Spanish. Students attend meetings where they discuss different cultural aspects and plan events for the school, such as the taco and nachos sales for Cinco de Mayo and Hispanic Heritage Month.

The club members must also volunteer in the community to be part of SHH. Students have to also complete all the requirements for the club such as, completing Spanish 1-3 and earning an A+ average and 20 hours of community service. Once all of the requirements are met they will be accepted into the society in an induction ceremony held in the spring.

This club is a way for students to celebrate the culture and branch out in the community by stepping forward to volunteer. SHH is hosting car washes and fundraisers each month until the end of the year to collect donations . SHH is currently planning the cinco de mayo event.
