Thespians

The Thespian Society in Marco Island Academy is the school’s theatre club that promotes its students to show creativity and let them express themselves. It’s run by Mr. Dayett and other fellow Thespians. They are currently working on the production, Superhero,  which will be performed in the spring and will be shown at MIA’s gym. 

The Thespians have previously put on productions of Aladdin, Into the Woods, and The Little Mermaid. The cast, stage managers, costume designers, and set designers, all work very hard to ensure that things run smoothly. The Thespians raise funds and compete at Districts each year and go on to win awards for their talents in performing, singing, and acting.
